How to make powercfg commands auto apply and not have to restart

Hi

There are a number of sleep states, 5 i believe, which act slighly differently. S3 is the initial set-up
These can set either in Bios, if available, or via your power options
(beware these can either be managed by either your OEM software or MS's power options)

And finally theres hibernation

it means after changing the power options through command prompt we need to re-start system to reflect those changes. Here re-start need to be avoided.
