I have a group laptop shared amongst 5 people all with their own log and password. I want to be able to record when anyone logs on (and to a lesser extent) off. I don't want to record what they actually do with it, just who was using it at any particular time.

Unfortunately this is not the solution i was hoping for. If anyone happens to have a good guide i'd be grateful

Hi Ash,
Depending on which router you have
its logging info should provide it.

Thanks Roy.
I can see the information im looking for in Event Viewer under Windows Log / Security. Then when you look at each individual log it tells you which user (or "Account Name" to be more precise. What i'm (now) trying to do is find the exact file where this is stored (i.e the security log)
