How to reduce the address toolbar size in Firefox?

I thank you very much for the help you tried to do.
We surely don't have the same configuration, so it is "normal" that our firefox wouldn't behaves similarly.
Like for the issue of IE9 I asked for in another post.
I posted a screenshot of my toolbar to show the big waste space in the bar, not to blame you!

I'm guessing that when it comes to Firefox, the theme you are using may have a lot to do with it.

I keep hearing great things about IE9 - maybe it's time I gave it another try. Thanks for the tips, t-4-2.

I thought about that but when I used the default theme, the problem persists.
It may be due to extension or toolbar I am using.
Unless I have problem with IE9, I find it not so flexible for me!

do you have a icon between the address bar and google bar,
i did and it wouldnt shrink the bar .




i moved the button and it then showed two little arrows .




however shrinking the address bar enlarges the google bar.



Im using firefox 5.
