how to remove win 8 and reinstall win 7

hi there

okay ,, this is my issue ,,, i have instaled win 8 on my lap ( acer aspire 5942g )
the thing is
first i dont know how to unistall it -_-
secound i don't know how to re insatall windos 7 wich i get it with my laptop accutly it's not a cd ,, it's some where on my hard disk ,,

sorry for my bad english ,, wish some one can help me to reomeve this win 8 and setp up win7

You really don`t uninstall an OS, you simply format the partition or wipe the hard drive.

Do you mean to say you have a Recovery Partition on the hard drive ?

Can you post a shot of Disk Management ?

Mike, I`m not sure if that Tutorial would work for him, as he says he installed Windows 8 himself.

I think he means his laptop came with 7 installed. He recklessly put 8 on, and naturally, he now wants to get 7 installed again.

Follow these same steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

During the actual booted install using the latest official installer provided in tutorial, delete all partitions during Steps 7 and 8 pictured in Clean Install Windows 7 which is the tutorial for the actual install itself.

Hi there. If there are any important data, please make sure you backup those, because removing windows 8 will remove any valuable data that is stored in your laptop.

For the built in recovery, you can use the D2D option to get back windows 7.

To enable D2D turn computer on and press F2 when Acer splash is on screen , ( note you mouse will not work !).
Select " Main " with your arrow keys and click the enter button , select D2D and enable and exit saving changes.

Hopefully holding " Alt " and keep pressing F10 when Acer logo is on screen at start up will work. From there you can follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that I do not own a Acer notebook and I have not tried this method myself!
