I am using sketchup pro, need to know the best pc specs to buy

I'm planning to buy a new pc set-up that is best suitable for 3d graphics.
I use Sketchup Pro and Photoshop most of the time.
Can you help me with the pc specs that I needed?....

My current pc meet all those requirements, yet rendering really takes time and whenever i am trying to use Adobe Photoshop 3d, I usually get a message of "not enough RAM". How can I resolve these problems.
