I need a FAKE FOLDER size maker

I want to fake an entire FOLDER size
lets say it has 10gb i want it to show 10kb..

I have a software called free hex editor but doesnt change the entire folder just the files..

I tried to make a folder with a specific size in CMD but it seems impossible.

Please any ideas what can I do?

While I can think of a reason for it, why do you want to do it?

Because I want to make the folder to have a VPK extension and it worked for a lower size folder(there are more folders) but didnt worked for one with like 400mb
I dont want to compress or winrar because it might not read the same or read at all..I dont know about it if anyone knows how would be read please feel free to tell me

That's not possible. That's built into the file system. You'd have to build your own filesystem AND release drivers for Windows for it. I don't know what you are doing with that editor but I suggest that you stop. You don't want to cause stability issues and that program certainly can.

Size isn't a property of a folder. A folder is a container and whatever is reported as it's size is just the sum of the sizes of the files it contains. This value isn't stored anywhere and thus cannot be manipulated by a hex editor. It is calculated whenever it is requested.

I don't know what you are trying to accomplish (the post isn't at all clear on this) but there is almost certainly a better way.
