I need drivers for AMD sempron 64 bit processor

Currently I am using AMD sempron 64 bit processor and whenever I am installing windows 7 then i am unable get driver. Please help me... where i can get sound and all drivers of windows 7 for this processor..

Hiyya nitesh0404 and welcome now any chance of getting some more details of that processor mate as you need to find that particular one.

As you can see from this there are heaps.

The other suggestion would be to go to Control Panel > Device Manager > window opens with all of your devices > then follow the pic - you can do that for all devices.
