I need to be abe to Run IE7 How May I on 64bit Win7?

Hi Guys,

I need to be able to run IE7 in either 32 or 64 bit.

Is there a way?

Would it require the Use of virtual PC?

And if so Where may I learn of how to setup and run Virtual PC ?

Why do you need IE7 specifically?

You cant install it on win7 natively but virtually you could.

I would like to replace IE 8 with IE 6, reason being, I never liked IE 7 and IE 8 some feature I am NOT thrilled about.

When IE 7 came out I gave it 15 minutes before removing it. I have given IE a few weeks and like I said NOT thrilled.

Can IE 8 be replaced by any IE in Win 7 ??

Sands2 and huffman, you could try a google search for portable internet explorer 6/7, or maybe try this :

Run IE8/IE7/IE6, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Opera from the web

Googled as you said to do but everytime I got to a download page for IE, only IE 7 and IE 8 were listed for download.

Thanks that as good idea, just did not work.
