I use W-7 and O-7. Outlook seems to take forever to send documents now

I can have a document in the Outbox for a half hour, as I do now, and it just sits there.
Why, I have no idea.
It has one photo attached to it which is 68Kb in size.
I can go on and do other things and let's say three hours from now, after mowing the lawn, the document has not been sent.
Any idea what the problem might be?
My Internet speed seems to be more than adequate for the other stuff I do.

I do not have an answer for that.
I copied the email that is "stuck" and pasted it to a new email and sent it, away it went with no problem.
The "stuck" one is still there still stuck.
Somehow, it has "grown" from 64KB to 80KB in the intervening hours.
Why, I have no idea.
I'm going to leave it overnight and if there isn't a reasonable explanation /solution, I'll try and delete it.

Here is what it looks like now:

I guess not. I tried a cut and paste and it did not work. I'll try uploading it like a picture.

Well, somehow I sent it twice. Sorry!
