What are the problems in my Windows 7 ultimate?
1. torrent files can not be downloaded. System says it, that it can not be downloaded due to some error.

2. Microsoft office can not be installed or uninstalled! even with the use of revo!!-uninstaller.

3. My audio system is gone. I can not listen anything.

4. If I open control panel, I can not click and open the subfolders! (it is high chance with other folder may be), but if I navigate from the search box, I can go to next level.

How ever I can browse internet smoothly. I can watch Youtube videos and other videos but I can not hear the sounds.

5. I can not update either.

6. I have lost all restore points!! so I can not restore to the previous functioning stage.

How did it started?

I have installed some uninstaller called revo uninstaller to uninstall Desktop weather which was recalcitrant, and it worked quite well. but I scan the system, then it showed some remains, so prompted to clean (delete) them. I did. the after that everything started to show a different face.

What I expect from this forum?

I want to get my sound back. at most. Any help is appreciated. I am not technical. i don't want to reinstall windows. I rely totally on the internet to install the things right now. Help me!

To me, the best solution would be a clean install of windows. If your restore points are gone, and you have this many issues, you'll be chasing your tail around the room for days, when a reinstall can be done in less than an hour.

Install, update and run Malwarebytes to see if you're infected. http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Revo should have set a Restore Point before any uninstall, so if there is no restore point you either didn't have SysProtection turned on or an infection is messing with it.

Try reinstalling your audio driver from the Sony Support Downloads webpage.

If you're not infected you can try a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html?ltr=R first, but with any hints of infection or persisting problems I would wipe the HD of infected or corrupt code then clean reinstall:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html

You can run Factory Recovery off it's partition or if you have Sony Recovery disks you can run them but this will restore the factory bloatware.

Here are tips for a perfect clean reinstall without the bloatware, based on hundreds done here: http://www.sevenforums.com/installation-setup/125874-re-install-windows-7-a.html#post1086729
