Identifying spare CDrives

I made a clean spare Win7 C-Drive for each PC awhile back (OEMs). Unfortunately I haven't identified which new c drive belongs to PC1 or PC2.

If I open the spare drives up on a data drive can I look somewhere inside the drive to see what machine it was created on?

Or if I reboot as the new c-drive will it tell me that I have wrong c drive installed. But if I get it wrong will it squeal to MS 'illegal install' or similar?

If you named each drive properly. Why didn't you label them ?

It`ll never say you have installed the wrong drive, but you could get a name conflict if all your PC`s are running on the same network.

What you have on the disks, drivers, disk images...?
You did the disks on different day or hour.
If you remember for what computer you did fist, compare the folders creation date.

Put in only one drive at a time in each computer, then boot. Then swap the drives, and boot again. Each time, look at the files, programs, etc., and if things work well with one drive but not the other. You should be able to figure out which one goes in which computer by doing this.
