Solved IE 11 Add-ons disabled but show as enabled

I'm using IE 11 and when I sign into the snapfish website I'm unable to view the pictures with the slideshow function. It tells me to install flash player. When I look at the programs, flash player is installed. Under accessories I started digging around and found Internet Explorer is currently running without add-ons. When I go to manage add-ons flash player is enabled along with several other add-ons. I've tried to restore the pc back to a previous time but flash player still didn't work. I attached two screen prints. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried resetting Internet Explorer?

Hi and welcome to Sevenforums,
It might be as easy as removing the existing desktop shortcut or unpinning from Taskbar the ie11 program,
Then replacing it like this,

Click Start after removing the shortcut,
Type in the search box,
internet explorer
You should see a few listings,
Click on the regular internet explorer listing to open it or right click it and click on Send to/ Desktop (create shortcut)
If you just open the listing you can right click it on your taskbar and click on Pin this program to taskbar,
Test the issue,

There is a new version of flash released today please also update your flash player,
This link should verify if your flash is working after replacing the shortcut you open ie11 with,

Looks like you have the same dilemma like I do but a different snap on software or extension.

IE 11 Add-ons disabled fixes did not work

Thank you for the posts but unfortunately the suggested fixes did not work. I unpinned Internet Explorer and searched for Internet Explorer under programs and opened the one that said Internet Explorer. The snapfish slide show still didn't work. I also reset the defaults on Internet Explorer and still no luck. I appreciate the suggestions.

Hi,
Open ie like this,
Press the Win-key rb: then press the R key at the same time,
In the Run box type
iexplore.exe

Test the issue,
Cheers.

I tried opening ie using the iexplore.exe in the run window and it still did not allow me to view slide shows. It still thinks adobe flash player needs installed. I'm ditched ie and using google chrome instead. Thanks for trying to help.

Thanks for trying to help resolve my internet explorer issue. I decided to ditch IE and use another browser. Everything works as it should. I appreciate the assistance.
