IE says I have blocked websites and won't let on most sites?

My mother moved into a nursing home, and I took her laptop to her. I got on their wireless internet fine, and can check email, etc with no problem. But when she tries to get on facebook, and most other sites, it tells her she has blocked those sites. I am wondering if she has checked or unchecked something wrong, or if the nursing home has some blocks on their wireless. Ideas???

Open Internet explorer,

If the problem sites are listed click on them and Remove button,

Do you have another laptop or a smartphone that can test the ability to surf to those websites while using the wireless network in question?

You might also want to consider installing TeamViewer on her computer.

The quickest thing to try is reset,
Export Favorites to html file before resetting Internet explorer/ just to be safe.
