Hello!
My title pretty much sums up my issue. It does not matter what the window is, can be a program, windows explorer, command prompt... anything. If my cursor strays off of that window even for a second, it shoots to the back and whatever is behind it pops forward.
It started doing that a few weeks back... and I'm not sure what I may have done that caused it. I did do the regedit thing where you set the ForgroundLockTimeout to 0. Didn't work.
Any ideas would be much appreciated!
