Mine was doing the same thing last month - and it happens at the same interval, after 10-11 minutes have passed. Screen freezes, complete lock-up. Ctrl + alt + del does not work - only a cut in power. Found out that I had enough time after starting back up to run restore, and chose a date, and problem went away for a while, then came back. I think I had it isolated to when I updated Avast - after the reset computer after update. Since I stopped, problem has not reoccurred ( knock on wood ).
I was using Chrome back then, and now Firefox (due to another issue with Filmstruck streaming service and adobe not running on Chrome).
