Hi.
I would do a backup here, and switched on my USB to IDE drive on. But what I get is, that it tell me:

"You must initialize a disk before Logical Disk Manger can access it"

The attachment shows what I mean, and I cannot see the drive.
What can I do now ?

I assume you want to backup to disk 1?

I assume it is not initialized. You can't use it if it is not initialized.

So I'd guess from your screenshot that it's asking you to poke "OK".

But maybe I don't understand your problem.

Thanks for the reply.

I want to back up partition C:\ and D:\ to disk1, that is an external disk on a USB to IDE interface.
