. TRIM is on. The only question I have is how can I check if TRIM is really working. I run it with W7 ultimate 64bit. Well I could run the Toolbox but I heard that W7 can do it as well.

Whether TRIM is working and whether TRIM is helping are two separate issues.
But to determine whether Windows has been set to utilize TRIM, type the following from an elevated command prompt:
fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify
If it returns that DisableDeleteNotify = 0, then TRIM is enabled (conversely, if DisableDeleteNotify = 1, then TRIM is disabled).

Learning every day
Another way to test it is just create a very large file on the drive (like 20GB file), then delete it. Now watch your HDD activity LED on the front of your PC. Keep watching it, and in around 15 seconds, you'll see TRIM at work, with the HDD activity light fully lit, for a few seconds as it cleans the drive.

All agree defrag should be off (Win 7 does this automatically). They also agree that Indexing should be off. Microsoft and Intel recommend leaving pagefile on the SSD, but others argue differently. PreFetch and SuperFetch have about an equal amount of supporters on each side.

I pretty much agree with all of this. I put my pagefile on my mechanical storage drive...mostly to save disk space on my SSD...rather than saving writes.
