Here's what I've done over those 6 months:
Updated all drivers, tested for overheating, re-installed windows 7 Pro over the top of prior install. Cleared out all ATI drivers and reinstalled. Tried everything I could think of. I am not sure how best to use the Dump files to solve the problem, but am pretty sure I still have an ATI card issue. Tried going back to older drivers to no avail.
Have used the following tools to try to resolve this: BlueScreenView, Driver Reviver, Driver Sweeper, MS FixIt, and Driver Agent.
