Solved Internet Explorer stops working

Running 64 bit windows 7 Pro...For some unknown reason Internet Explorer opens, then immediately I get an error message.. Stopped working. When I close the application, it reopens several times and the same error message appears. The event log is as follows ...Any idea how to fix?

Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,

Windows repair option???

If I can't get internet explorer to work I would like to do a repair with the OEM disk I have. I tried doing it once before and the program got to a point where it was loading all the program files and data and rebooted.. But it did not install

as indicated by the attachment. I am running Windows 7 Professional which is the same OS as the OEM disk. I do not want to lose my data and programs... If at all possible....Any suggestions? Do I need to upgrade to Ultimate to do the repair???? Thanks

I personally would put all of your personal files on a external device = Not programs,
Then do a fresh install,

Reason being it's more straight forward and quicker than dealing with all of the entries you have listed,
Reinstall after formatting the hard drive usually takes about 3-4 hours depending if the win-7 disk has sp-1 on it ?
One of them being Advanced system care/ IOBit/ SpyBot......

igd10iumd32.dll is Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8. You have Windows 7?

As to the This version of Windows could not be installed error, was Vista originally installed on this PC? Or have you updated to SP1 since installing with the media you have?

Unfortunately.. One of the programs deleted my Dell Security Console entries.. I should be able to work around the problem.. My bad.. I didn't see it prior to deleting entries.
