I had not seen a BSOD on my laptop or on any of my computers since the days of Windows Mellenium . I am currently running fully updated windows 7 home premium and have been since 2010. Now that support for windows 7 has ended it just seems like some kind of weird coincidence that I have had to BSODs in the last 2 days . Am I being forced to upgrade to win 10 or else???

Don't be silly - of course it's coincidental.
