Is There a Silent Command-Line Operation to change theme?

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to add some detail on generating this tool. Our Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit, which is *mostly* up-to-date, did not generate this tool using the Troubleshooting method. To generate the tool, we loaded an out-of-box version of Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit. When we opened Troubleshooting, it asked if we wanted to update it to the latest version and we replied no.

Only after this step did the instructions produce a ThemeTool.exe file.

Here is a Script I wrote to close the dialog box. It will wait 10 seconds and then close the box, that should be enough time for the theme to take. -WS

Thank you sir It worked fine to change the windows theme through the script file provided by you

Can someone send me the ThemeTool.exe file? I have tried a lot on different machines and Windows 7 editions but I couldn't get it.
