I really would like to do that!
I have one Windows 7 virtual machine running on Virtual PC using Undo Disk feature. I am extremely careful using this vm; I never go to any site or use any application that requires login (username) with that, I never read or send emails with that, I never enter any personal information on that vm. It's only used for testing purposes, and normally when I close it I choose Turn off and discard changes, which causes Undo Disk feature to restore vm to its original state, discarding all data and information that has changed.
It would really be interesting to let these criminals to do what they want to and then really analyze the vm, to see what they did or are doing with it. The vm is always connected to Internet using HotSpot Shield anonymous VPN proxy so they would not even get my IP.
