It appears that KB3080149 is to do with the Diagnostic and Telemetry service!

In that case your OS doesn't need it. I would suggest that you hide it so it doesn't appear next time you run WU!

We'll try the easy fix first, by removing the offending entry for kb3080149 from the SoftwareDistribution Folder.

Open Administrative CMD. Click rb: in searchbox type CMD
When it appears, right-click choose run as administrator
