1-this crash was Related to iaStor.sys Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver - ia32.. Your is from before windows was released and needs to be updated.

How To Find Drivers:

3-I do notice McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!
