Live Messenger Error Code: 80040154?

I've tried the fix under how to solve this from MS, nothing seems to be working, I've got Version 2009 14.0.8064.206 which is the latest i believe... Does anyone have any ideas on how to get this working? Thanks.

I found the thread again, its a cab file i opened with winRAR, just close messenger, run that thing, and start it up and it got it working where MS's solutions didnt do anything.
