Loaded Win7/64 on new 1TB HD, Lan Ethernet driver too old, no internet

My Win 7/64 disc has old Lan driver, non functional. Realtek RTL8101EfamilyPCI-Efast; needed but cannot download from the net. How do I brn it to dvd disc & load it onto the new HD?

What is the exact make & model of your motherboard? Intel 43 doesn't mean anything. You can use CPUz to find out. CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID

AMD quad core 3.1 gig processor, MSI 970A-G46 MB, 16 gig ram, Nvidia video card, 700 watt P.S.
Checked voltage on all connectors, good; voltages normal. No video output; Checked video cable & monitor, both fully functional.
I have a second computer w 6 core AMD processor & Nvidia video card; use this one for professional video editing. Both machines have no video out & run on win 7/ 32/64 Very puzzling. Without video cannot see to make any changes. Any help appreciated.

According to its support site, that motherboard has an integrated Realtek RTL8111E gigabit ethernet device.

HERE is the current Windows 7 driver (7.138.121.2021) for it.
Note: Click one of the "Download@MajorGeeks" links.

The driver file is in .ZIP format, so you need to download and save it inside an empty folder.
After you do that, extract its contents inside that same folder.
An executable (.exe) file will appear.
Double-click that executable file to start the install process of the driver.

Thank you for the Realtek file. I have not had rime to try it yet. Will let you know how I make out later in the week.
