Solved Loading Cocktail Audio X14

I have all my music on computer in mp3 format. Some is from original CDs, some from my records and some downloaded from satellite radio. Those that did not have name of song or performer I typed in the computer (music from records). Original CD music have automatically titles. When I download all music to cocktail Audio X14, original are copy while record's titles are copied like line1, lin2 etc. How I can get same copy on X14. To type titles is pain to do from remote control that came with cocktail Audio X14i rely pain, any advice, thank you in advance.

From what I can see, this device uses the GraceNote database. I don't know if there's any way to check if the database is enabled on it. Edit: I looked at the manual from here-

and page 62 tells you how to enable GraceNote.

However, on page 2 of the manual, it says that the GraceNote license is only for two years. One has to pay to extend it. I don't know if your device has ever been used but, it may need GraceNote to be extended.

What's confusing is other parts of the manual refer to FreeDB. I seem to remember that it wasn't being updated after Magix bought it from Gracenote many years ago. However, apparently it was viable up until last year but the website is no longer operational.
