Hey everyone,

I'm knew to the forum :) First time posting.
So my problem is that we just got a knew ISP like 4-5weeks ago and they gave us the modem and it only has 1 port so we bought a TP-LINK TL-WR841N. It was all good until I got the error massage one morning that no valid IP configuration ( I attach a screenshot of it) and now I can only use Wi-Fi connection but not wired connection since the loss through the rooms are a lot. We have a 100mb/s internet and only 20-30mb/s arrives in my room with Wi-Fi. I tried a lot of things so far but nothing worked. What I know for sure is that my laptop doesn't want to get the IPv4 Default Gateway and DNS server and that is the problem. Hope someone can help me out :(

Just to make sure I get it right: you are saying that you can connect to the router wireless, but if you plug an Ethernet cable to the back of the router and your computer - it doesn't work?

Would you post the same screenshots as the last two, but with your wireless connection?
