Long Time Win 7 Pro User Problem w Drop Down Save AS BOX

Hi
Just when i was bragging to myself I have mastered WIN7 after all these years, meaning I can either figure it out or just ask the search engine, today I am stumped. Save as drop down box has changed, it's either the dementia or I have never seen this before, never even thought about password protecting a file or encryption as I am the only user of my desktop, just don't need it. Would like the drop down to look like #1 again.

Of course not critical, it just annoys me, ha. I noticed on the WIN 10 machine sitting adjacent, it has the #2 version also, yeah sometimes these days I am forced to use 10, but still much prefer 7, I just don't have any security issues w it. Just browsers won't update, certain websites don't approve, etc, etc.

So I have uploaded pic of 1 and the problem 2, would like just plain old #1.

Not sure what this problem is.....keeping open, maybe somebody can help. No biggie, just annoying.
