How can I easily & quickly clear all of these up and install their respective drivers?

Here's a list of all of the available drivers from the Asrock mobo dvd, I've installed a few/most of them already - do you see any that jump out at you that would solve this problem?

I'm pretty sure I've installed

3.0 drivers
Atheros LAN
Intel LAN
HD audio drivers
