Hi folks,

So just wanted to check something.

I was doing a very long flight on FSX (15hrs).

Max ram usage was only 5.6gb but just before decent I thought I'd just check the performance tab of the task manager and I had the below figures:

Total physical memory 16GB
Cached = 10gb
Available=10.6gb
Free= 46mb by time I landed.

I read somewhere that's its available ram that is key & I had plenty of that left.

Can someone just confirm everything is normal.

Many Thanks,
Chris

Free memory should be low, zero being the optimum.
Available memory is important and you have no shortage of that. I see nothing wrong.
