Memory Usage problem.

Hello SevenForums.

I've got an issue, I noticed my PC is running relatively slow, so I opened up Task Manager and I saw something is not okay. I mean, I had like 75% of the memory displayed as used,when no application was opened.
I will attach some print screens, so you can see clearer.
