Hello! I'm having a problem with my Front mic jack not working, I can't tell if it's my mic, or the jack itself it's kinda upsetting because i do a lot of online gaming and can't speak with them, and i sometimes do commentary! My computer:
Acer Aspire 5733Z
Intel Pentium (R) P6200 2.13 GHZ.
4GB RAM
64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium
If you need any additional information i'd be happy to give it to you.
Thanks in advance!

Test your mic with the Windows Sound Recorder and see if it works OK there. If not, test your mic on a friend's PC and see if it works.

If it works OK with the Windows Sound Recorder, it is probably something in the gaming software or setup.
