Microphone keeps cutting out

Hey guys, Everytime i turn off my laptop or my laptop restarts my mic does this wierd noise as what my friend says.

When im on teamspeak talking to my friends they tell me *dude your mic is stuffed fix it* and i have no idea how to fix it, If i leave my computer for a few hours and come back the mic will be normal.

Please help me?!
