More.....I must say, it’s not something I’ve heard other software companies do in the past, but then again Microsoft is always up for trying out new and unusual methods for promoting itself (remember those Windows 7 Parties?). So this time they’ve decided to pack their packs and hit the road to promote their latest OS, Windows 7. Of course they will be throwing in plenty of Office 2010 propaganda along the way.
The Get On The Bus Tour is a 10-city excursion that runs from May 21 to June 4. It kicks off in Montreal and will then work its way down the East Coast until it reaches Microsoft’s Tech-Ed 2010 show which takes place on June 7th in New Orleans. The event of course will preach all things Microsoft, in particular Windows 7 and Office 2010 which is understandable. The Get On The Bus Tour is also conveniently timed to coincide with the release of Office 2010 in June.
