Missing Virtual PC

Where can I download Windows 7 Virtual PC.exe? "Get Windows XP mode & Windows Virtual PC mode" > Step 3 Virtual PC does NOT download Virtual PC. It downloads Windows6.1-KB958559-x64-RefreshPkg.msu (16,692 kb). I have downloaded this severl times and it is not Virtual PC.

I use Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Thanks

That is Virtual PC, it is actually an update and that's where you'll find it once it's installed.
