I tried to send a video using MO-2007. It started normally but never ends. It has been sending for over 24 hours and nothing I can do will stop it. I have cancelled it, used the Task Manager to try and end it, power cycled the PC and actually shut the PC down for over 8 hours. Nothing will stop it. When I turn the PC back on, it's still running!
Is there any way to ever stop it?

I called Spectrum several time with no success until Greg answered my call.
I explained what my PC was experiencing and he was about to refer me to Microsoft.
He indicated it was an Outlook issue.
After I tried to re-detail everything, he had pity on me.
He confirmed that the file was too big - 271 MB's.
We tried several hardware related fixes with no positive results.
Then he suggested that Outlook 'might' forget what it was doing if we:
"Unplugged the Internet, Power Cycled the PC and restarted Outlook" - It worked!
Outlook had stopped trying to send the file and I was able to delete it from the Send Queue.
I then deleted it from the Delete Queue.
Thank you Greg from Spectrum and thank you Jesus!
