Sometimes when I turn on my computer although computer starts but the monitor doesn't show anything. I unplug the power cable from back of computer and then replug it and after that monitor starts responding (it starts showing desktop), how can this problem be fixed. thanks
Next time you have this problem don't unplug the power cable just wiggle it back and forth where it plugs in. This is to check if its a poor connection. and or cable.

Try plugging the monitor directly to a wall plug. If that works, move it to the same power strip as your puter. If that works, you may need to investigate a problem in your power supply.

This is probably the longest I've ever had a Windows machine run without having to restore it to scratch. I'm used to restoring to "factory" about every 2 yrs. I've run with Win7 since new in 2009 and only recently (Nov, '14) restored to clean up the machine from all my 'xperimenting. LOL!! I may never need another machine.
Upgraded to 10 when it was still free, then installed 2017 update.
Just checking but when you say removing the power cable, you are talking about the monitor power cable rather than the PC cable?

Do you have another display to test it on?
It does sound like capacitors are blown in the monitor.
At least that's the only thing I've seen before that caused that behavior where it wasn't the graphics directly.

yes if I reboot the computer, monitor is again blank but when unplug the power cable of computer system and plug it back, monitor starts showing up desktop etc.
This is crazy, but I do have two question.

This is crazy, but I do have two question.

1- Device manager just shows yellow icon on high definition audio device because there is some problem with sound too.
2- I will check again what happens if I go to start/shutdown and do new start but as far as I remember monitor on/off blue light keeps on blinking instead of turing to stable blue in normal circumstance when I restart the computer.
The above mentioned problem only occured 2 times in last 2-3 weeks.
