MS Outlook 2010 problems

Hi!

I'm asking for my aunt, not myself, she only sent me a screenshot. I hope you can help anyway (the language is Slovenian):

She would like to merge together the two "accounts" (it's really only one account - the one she uses) that are pointed with the two-end red arrow. I think this happened because she saved some old stuff from her older version of Outlook (I'm not sure about that though). She has some other problems too, but that's the first one.

What to do to fix this? Thank you!

The problem is probably that she gets everything saved twice (in two folders)... So can I copy one and paste its contents into one single folder (Inbox for example) and then delete one "account" of the two. Would that be the way to go about?

I'm not familiar with Outlook but am my aunt's only helper, so please do tell. Thank you very much!

That seems like that should work. Also check that she only has one actual email account, if she has a duplicate account, you could delete one of them, so she only gets all her emails delivered to one account only.
