Im currently using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + SP1 as my main O/S and also running a MS Virtual Machine which is using Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit + SP1. On my main computer I'm also running Ultramon 3.0.10 with two monitors. On the Virtual PC window where the close X and maximise and minimise command buttons are there is also two more there for Ultramon, one is expand the window over both screens and the other is move the application to the other monitor. The issue I've found is that when the Virtual PC is locked on my main screen, and I click on one of the ultramon buttons it will move the Virtual PC window to the second monitor and unlock the current Windows session that is running. (major security flaw)
I've also noticed it will only do it when Integration Features are enabled within Virtual PC.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this before?

Did you not provide a password for the user account logged into the VM?

Thanks for your reply... Yes the VM has a password set on it.
So just to clarify the problem, when the VM is on my main screen and locked, then I use the Ultrabutton, it flicks it over to the 2nd monitor and unlocks the session.
