Solved MSE vs Malwarebytes

I have another question.
I have 2 accounts on my computer. The first is the administrator account that was created when I installed Windows. The second is a standard account that I created after and use for daily usage.
If from my standard account i right click Malwarebytes, run it as administrator and do a full scan, will it scan the files of both my accounts, or only the administrator account? The same question about MSE.

I recently discovered the Tenga.A worm on my PC and NAS infecting exe files. Free version of Avast, Avira, etc. do not allow scanning NAS. I used MalwareBytes that scanned both PC & NAS but it only wanted to delete the infected files. Then, I installed MSE that scanned my PC & NAS and cleaned the infected files without deleting them. So, I'm sticking with MSE for now. Besides, I paid a million $$ for my authentic version of Win7 so why shouldn't I get a little protection from Uncle Gates?
