my computer beeps twice during start up then option comes of pressing F1 to continue,F2 to enter menu and F12 to enter Boot menu
I have DELL XPS 15 laptop, and I am using my lappy from last one year.
Is there a problem with my hardware?

Memory Integrity test failed

you see press F1 to continue... no error message seen as well?

I ran the memory diagnostics test then I found the following error

Error Code 0123
Msg: Error Code 2000-0123
Msg: Memory- Integrity test failed

Please help me solve this problem

Open the laptop memory cover and remove it and reinstall it to make sure it is fully seated. While in it blow out all the dust and dirt.

The instruction manual should describe the process. If you can't find the manual or it's not available, search the Dell web site for a PDF version of it.

It is usually very easy. flip the laptop and on the bottom there is usually a lid held down by some small phillips head screws.

Get a small phillips head screw driver, and open up the lid with the RAM underneath. There should be a couple of RAM sticks seated onto of each other held in place by a small metal bar on each side.

Move those bars to the side and pull out the RAM. it should come out easily!

Then you can blow inside the slots the RAM was in to clear dust if there is any collected inside. (it happens pretty commonly). reverse process and that may or may not solve your issue.

Download Speccy, and then use the Speccy program to fully update your System Specs, by going to your UserCP, and then Edit System Specs which is located in the top section of the left pane.
