The option to customise/change the folder icons in My Documents exists in documents/properties/customize, but dose not seem to work!
Perhaps I've got my icons folder in the wrong place or does something need to be enabled?
Where should my icon library be located?
In XP, such an icon library folder was simply added to C:\ windows\.
