NB has stopped working error message coming up constantly

Hello!

I recently reinstalled an old laptop wth windows 7 home premium 32bit. After getting all the windows updates it has started showing the following message. NB has stoped working. It pops up for a few seconds and then disappears. It seems to be completely random and is quite annoying.

Looked all over the web and haven't had any luck.

Any suggestions on ehat may be happening/how to fix it?

Have you check if your computer is acceptable to use Windows 7 or not.
