and also i want a kind of motherboard that is capable of upgrading it to a core 2 duo, core 2 quad and has a 2-4 slots of ram and if can handle the new SSD(solid state drive) its ok if it cant.. and if there is.. a slot for pci-e video card slot
and the most important that has affordable price and durability tested.
I am using (for another 3 weeks till full upgrade) Gigabyte P35-DS3L, with a q6600, NEVER had a problem with either CPU or Board. Upgrading to a i7-2600k VERY soon!
It's going to depend on what is available in your area, try PC HUB, they have a good selection and the best prices I have found.
The LGA 775 socket will fit the CPUs you mentioned, find a motherboard in your price range at the above link, then go to the motherboard website and look for the CPU/processor compatibility link/info. This will tell you exactly what CPUs can be used on the motherboard.
Also check the RAM compatibility link/info, some LGA socket mobos have DDR3 RAM slots.
I would stay with Gigabyte or Asus, but other motherboards manufacturers are good as well.
For a SSD you will be better off to have a SATA II or III connection available.
