Need help transferring recorded tv list between builds

Anyone know how to transfer the list of programs that are setup in MCE from build 7000 to anything else - such as shows that are setup to record and times and stuff... anyone? Easy Transfer didn't work for this setting...

This should work for you. I have not done the recorded TV backup as of yet. However, do not try to do this for your guide settings. It will produce duplicates in the guide. But for recorded TV settings, it should work just fine.
