Need help with an xbox nat problem

hey there guys i been racking my brains now for days trying to open the nat on my xbox 360, best i can get is moderate and it still randomly dc's me while playing BF3 so heres the details of what my network is and what ive done so far.

Ok basic network structure ...
T-Mobile Wireless Dongle connected to PC with windows XP (ICS enabled with ports 53 88 80 3074 to xbox ip address)

the pc is connected through a router (ethernet cable) to both my laptop and xbox (wireless) windows firewall is enabled to the dongle only with the same ports forwarded (XP PC) erm lets think... static ip set on xbox, upnp enabled on router and i even set my xbox ip in the routers dmz lol thats it hope you can help
