Change all your passwords, using a known clean computer ... not the one that has the problem.
Download a Firewall program and use it along with your router's firewall (<-- change the password there, also).

Umm, FYI...Win7 is not supported in the fre version.
Didnt find that out til I burned it and tried to install.
