.Net Framework 4 installed, applications won't work

I'm currently downloading some drivers for some of my applications, then when I ran "Razer Synapse" an error showed up saying that I don't have .net framework. I checked if I have .net framework installed, I did. Any solutions? :sarc: :sarc:
