Netflix subtitles

Hi dude
Thanks for the help
More info.when I go to netflix on the browser the same tv show has the subtitles on,I then turn them off
And go back to the media center and the subtitles are still on. I go back to the browser and the
Subtitles are back on. It is like netflix is remembering to put the subtitles on.
The show I am watching is Heartland season 1 episode 1, if netflix is remembering this, do you know
How I might clear it

No I do not. When I turn subtitles off in my browser, media center shows without them too. Make sure Media center is turned off, set it in the browser to subtitles off. Stop the movie and sign out of netlix. Then try again in Media Center and see if that helps.

I know the answer! Watch something on Netflix in the browser. Turn subtitles off. Watch the movie for AT LEAST 5 MINUTES after you turn off the subtitles.

Now, go watch something in the Netflix plugin in Media Center. The subtitles will be off.

You can switch them ON in the same manner. You can also switch them on/off by watching Netflix on your Bluray player, Roku, or other device. If you watch for at least 5 minutes after switching the subtitles on/off, the change will occur in Media Center also.

You are right, I tried this a few times and it worked great.
Thank you
